Overview

  1. Behind the user training pages is an administration suite that provides management information that is relevant, contemporary and practical.

    We would welcome the opportunity to come and demonstrate its full capabilities.

    By way of illustration the DSEasy Administration Suite will enable bulk/batch input of users from a spreadsheet.

  2. 'Bulk' launch training/test/checklist request, and by email, prompt and chase individual users who have not completed on time. 
    Subdivide organization by department or location and accommodate name change and re-location. 


  3. Re-issue 'license' to replacement staff member

  4. Schedule 'refresher training'/new checklist, at regular intervals in the future.

    Advise the relevant manager of the up to date position on each user.

    Advise you of all users with similar problems. For example everyone with reported aches and pains.

    Flag up 'high risk' users to facilitate immediate corrective action.
  5. Prioritise risk and response across all users.

    Audit trail remedial action and advise by email if not completed within chosen time frame.

    Identify risk 'trends', and common problems, by departments or locations.

    Accommodate staff movement, relocation and 'hot desking'

Facilitate easy archiving. So important if faced by legal action.

Enable an assessor/manager to see who is yet to be trained, who is to be assessed, who is being assessed and who has been assessed.

At all times deliver contemporary training and assessment records.

Imagine a software programme that sends out an automatic E mail to users to complete their  DSE Training, Test and Ergonomic Checklist, sometimes called a Self-assessment. Then chases the users who have not completed on time, lets you know that they haven't completed and when they have.
On this E mail with one click you can see only the questions answered in a risk fashion, so you can do something about it straigtht away.

 In the subject line you are advised whether the user is high/medium/ or low risk.

Choose the Training Course, DSEasy or DSEasy Plus, that you want a user to do at any time and record this under the individual's name.

Each 'risk' answer can be audit trailled and you advised when action has not been taken in time.

DSEasy has pioneered a simple way for you to divide up your Organisation, so users are automatically placed where they will be assessed. At the click of a button you can launch them all to complete DSEasy.

The DSEasy Administration Suite is very intuitive and a joy to use.

Automation

  • Automatic E Mail to users to ask them to complete DSEasy.
  • Automatic Reminders to users if they have not finished within your specified time.
  • Automatic advice to each user’s Assessor when a User has completed DSEasy.
  • This advice tells the assessor the Issues score outstanding.
  • Pre-plan automatic launch of DSEasy, at some time in the future. Ie. every 18 months.

Review and Evaluation

  • Audit trail on each outstanding risk, with automatic E Mail to local assessor, when action becomes overdue
  • Stores all user information and history
  • You can easily archive

Administration

  • DSEasy prioritises the compliance process. The highest risk users are aat the top of the column.
  • Audit trail each individual risk and receive an E mail if an Action has not been done in time.
  • Print out of risk at each workstation
  • Very easy to move users from one location to another and ask for a new checklist.
  • Very easy to manage changes of names (marriage) and keep/show the History throughout.
  • The ability to change Department names as well as locations and keeping all the History.
  • When someone leaves employment easy to 'deactivate' and re-issue their Licence, but can re-call all that deactivated users records easily.
  • Ability to ask for a checklist from any user at different locations.
  • The user's E mail address and telephone number are on the Issues Page, so contact via E Mail or phone can be made there and then.

Assessment

  • DSEasy Automatically prioritises assessments by High, medium low risk outstanding.
  • Ability for a workstation to have checklists and assessments of many users linked to it. Very useful for Hot desking control.
  • Test questions answered wrongly are Issued scored and shown to the assessor who can then give more training.
  • The Issues page has an Assessor Summary notepad as well as a notepad against any 'issue'. We use the word ISSUE as opposed to RISK.
  • An assessor can see who is to be assessed, who is being assessed and who has been assessed.
  • Assessor sees how many days since completion of the checklist and the average risk score, this all helps making prioritizations easy.
  • As risk is eliminated so the risk value of a user decreases.
  • Find out at the click of a button all users reporting a similar Issue. For example see all those with aches and pains, or all those who request an Eye Sight Test. This can then be E Mailed to the relevant Department.
